Fine Wines
  1. Exclusive Wines. It is difficult to go out and obtain these. To start with, they are pricey (when purchasing retail). $100 and more per bottle. Although worthwhile, there is an even better way—which you just saw! Know that you will only receive Exclusive Wines when you sign up for our Exclusive Wines.
  2. Wine Pairings with meals for those True Fine Wines. This is where the wine and food tastes and experiences will truly shine. It’s not going to grow old. It is ageless and something that needs to be transmitted across generations. (See More About Wine and Food Pairings Below).
  3. In the presence of our Loved Ones we have alternatives for this. First (and best of all), have a romantic “wine event” with your significant other. Second, spending time with your loved ones and enjoying an evening, an afternoon, or a day. Friends, Family, and Friends who are Family.

This creates a moment in time called “Where Things Will Just Be Different”. Wine Magic Occurs when you Combine True Fine Wine, Great Food Pairings, and the Love of your Desired Company.

What Wines Go With Pairings?

You can enjoy this example with any of the unique Exclusive Fines Wines you will be getting from our amazing “True Fine Wines”.. Here are some examples you can use.

Begin with Tanya Ricord Rose or More Than Muse. Always a good place to begin. Before something big comes in, keep it light:

  • Linda Horn Cabernet Franc
  • Donna Walker Cabernet Sauvignon
  • More Than Muse Chardonnay
  • More Than Muse Chenin Blanc
  • More Than Muse Sauvignon Blanc
  • Nile Eddy Pinot Grigio
  • Ricord Merlot
  • Tanya Ricord Moscato
  • Tanya Ricord Pinot Grigio

You can enjoy “tastings” and “flavor parties” that everyone can join in on. Prepare your food ahead of time and serve it to your guests in single servings, paired with your selected wines. This is great for when there are only two or three of you. And it’s great when you are going to be tasting a lot of wines at the Wine Event!

Is There a Difference Between Red and White Wine?

Yes there is a difference. The main difference between white and red wine has to do with the color of the grapes used.

Especially it is important to know if the grape is fermented with or without the grape skin. Because to make wine wine the grapes are pressed without the skins, seeds, and stems before fermentation.

However, to make red wine, the crushed red grapes are transferred to vats directly and they ferment with the skin, seeds and stems. The grape skins lend the wine its pigment, as well as many of the distinctive health compounds found in red wine.

As a result of steeping with the grape skins, red wine is particularly rich in plant compounds that are present in those skins, such as tannins and resveratrol.

There are many different grape varietals used to produce wine, including Pinot Gris, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

But red varietals are used to make red wine. White wine can actually be made from red or white grapes. For instance, traditional French champagne is made with the red Pinot Noir grape.
