No matter what you prefer, you are going to love the ones selected. Everyone in our online community are finding they like both from what they have tried before being a part of this Fine Wine club. As a member you can select all white or or red, but you will enjoy them all.
The grapes that wines are made from are different from the grapes you buy in the grocery store. That is because wine grapes are sweeter. They have sugar levels that are needed to convert to alcohol, because they are softer and juicier. None wine grapes are crisp and refreshing. They just will not make great wines, because they do not have the skin to seed to pulp ratio that gives wine the structure and flavor. And they also are not ripe enough to be used in wines.
Did you know there is an art to opening your bottle of wine? You should turn the Wine Opener and not turn the bottle. Professionals are taught to hold on to the bottle and rotate the Wine Opener. I believe I do that. I would be twisting the wine opener as I held on to the the bottle of wine.
